Midlands Air Festival - www.midlandsairfestival.com
The Midlands Air Festival is Slipstream Management’s flagship event. Conceived, designed and operated by the company, it is in its sixth year of operation. The festival is based at the estate of the historic Ragley Hall in the Midlands, which is the stately home of the Marquis of Hertford.
This unique event features an international air display with military and classic jets, vintage warbirds, formation teams, flying circus and parachute teams, combined with the largest gathering of hot air balloons, airships and special shape character balloons in Europe.
The first day of the event also has a night time ‘Nightfire’ show with illuminated display aircraft firing airborne pyrotechnics, a stunning balloon Fireglow and a giant firework finale, all set to music.
The festival has the usual trade exhibitors, catering outlets, bars, a STEM section, entertainments and attractions. The Midlands Air Festival continues to display a steady growth curve year on year.

Longleat Icons of the Sky - www.slipstreammanagement.co.uk/icons-of-the-sky
Slipstream Management Ltd were approached by Longleat to produce a comprehensive aviation event for the family market. Naturally, we proposed a combined hot air balloon festival, and air display as well as adding further entertainment to complement the impressive facilities the park already has to offer.
The event is unique due to it's spectacular setting and 'bowl' like structure providing a magical setting for those mass ascents which begin on the Thursday evening for annual passholders, and from Friday morning to Sunday evening for the general public.
Each evening also features a magical hot air balloon glow, all choreographed to music with a superb production combining light and dark as well as depth created by our unique use of envelopes and flames. The evening also includes a pyrotechnic air display by local team, Airborne Pyrotechnics, and a musical firework finale to round off the perfect evening.
During the Friday, Saturday and Sunday there are fantastic flying afternoons featuring some of our newest display pilots as well as aerobatic, flying circus and warbird displays to provide a whole variety for this family show.
All of the above complements Longleat's guided house tours and safari experience, it is an event not to be missed!
